La quarta stagione di Lost torna ad aprile

Il 20 marzo è andato in onda l’ottavo episodio (“Meet Kevin Johnson”) della prima parte della quarta stagione che è composta da 13 episodi (8 nella prima appena conclusa e 5 nella seconda). Il secondo blocco di 5 episodi che chiuderanno la quarta stagione andrà in onda a partire da giovedì 24 aprile 2008 per concludersi poi a metà maggio definitivamente.

Imprimere i sottotitoli

Vi siete mai chiesti come imprimere i sottotitoli in una puntata in maniera permanente, per esempio per consentire al vostro lettore da tavolo di visualizzare correttamente i video? Per farlo basta semplicemente qualche minuto del vostro tempo, un masterizzatore o una pennina USB e un lettore DivX o XviD,come il Majestic DVX 377 con entrata USB.

Cosa ci aspetta?

Ho appena letto su Lostpedia Spoilers un brano di un’intervista Lindelof che riporto qui sotto:

«La quarta stagione è incentrata sul chi lascia l’isola e sul fatto che coloro che la lasciano vogliono tornarci. La quinta stagione si focalizzerà sul perché questi vogliono tornare indietro nell’isola, e la sesta su cosa accade quando effettivamente ci ritornano.»

Quindi viene confermato l’impianto narrativo e il fatto che ci sia un modo per abbandonare l’isola e tornarci poi in un secondo momento. Potrebbero allora iniziare a svelare un bel pò di arcani misteri. Non credete?

Alla ricerca di collaboratori

Questo blog si è appena trasferito da livejournal, dove la comunità di utenti italiani è davvero scarsa, per approdare su una piattaforma di blogging che dia maggiore spazio a tutti gli appassionati di LOST, dei suoi misteri e delle sue caratteristiche. Spero vivamente che a breve qualche fan di questa serie si faccia avanti e mi contatti per collaborare alla realizzazione di questo blog.

L’intento è quello di mettere su una comunità italiana che discuta delle teorie e delle congetture, anche astruse e improbabili.

Desmond coaxes Charlie, Hurley and Jin on a trek across the jungle after experiencing one of his future-prophesizing “flashes” — but is he purposely placing Charlie’s life in harm’s way? Meanwhile, Kate turns to an unwitting Sawyer after seeing Jack alone with Juliet.

Le puntate che ci separano dalla quarta stagione

Cosa ci aspetta fino alla season finale? Ecco gli spoilers riguardanti le puntate 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 e 22. Spero di farvi cosa gradita.

3.17 - Catch 22 (Desmond Centered)

Desmond gets a flash of the future and enlists Hurley, Charlie, and Jin to join him on a mysterious hike. Hurley becomes suspicious that Desmond may be acting without everybody’s best interests in mind. Desmond’s vision reference the cable that Sayid, and later Hurley, found in season one. If you’ll recall, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse told BuddyTV that a major reveal was coming up concerning that cable later on. This episode will close with Desmond and the gang finding a mysterious parachutist named Naomi who may have compelling information concerning one of the current island occupants.

3.18 - D.O.C (Sun/Jin Centered)

Juliet finds out that Sun is pregnant and tells her that women who conceive on the island could die if they carry to term. Sun responds by telling her that the baby may not have been conceived on the island, in fact it may not even be Jin’s child. So the two set off for the medical hatch to try to determine when the baby was conceived. Meanwhile, Desmond and his crew scramble to save the life of the mysterious Naomi and are assisted by an old enemy, seems eye patch guy survived the fence after all.

3.19 - The Brig (Locke Centered)

Locke slips away from the others and lures Sawyer away from the beach. Flashbacks will reveal what Locke has been up to with the others since they abandoned their ‘village’. In a secluded Dharma holding cell, Locke will bring Sawyer together with Anthony Cooper for a fate full encounter that will resolve a long standing season one mystery. Meanwhile, Naomi will return to the beach with some alarming information concerning flight 815, but can she be trusted?

3.20 - The Man Behind the Curtain (Ben Centered)

The past of the island is explored including how Dharma came to be there, why, and what the fateful ‘purge’ was really all about. Flashbacks will show Ben through various ages up until adulthood. The mysterious ‘Jacob’ will finally be revealed, and the question of whether any Dharma members still live will be revealed.

3.21 - The Truth About Lying / The Greatest Hits (Charlie Centric)

Rescue is finally at hand for the survivors of Oceanic 815, but first someone must reconnect an underwater sonar beacon. Despite his foretold death, Charlie volunteers. Copious rumors suggest that Charlie dies in this episode, but some new rumors I’ve been hearing suggest that this is a huge misdirection and there will be another highly unexpected major character death instead.

3.22/3.23 - Through the Looking Glass (Jack Centric)

This episode promises a Jack revelation of legendary proportions! Also, there will finally be an en masse collision between the beach folk and the Other’s. On the speculation end of things, folks are saying that the island folk will split into two factions themselves, one led by Jack, and one by Sawyer, but the division will be at the will of another, and for purposes no one will expect.

Confronti fra le puntate di apertura delle stagioni

Ho visto la prima puntata della terza serie ed ho notato alcune similitudini tra le prime puntate di ogni prima stagione.
In particolare, ho analizzato la prima puntata della seconda e la prima puntata della terza serie, perchè la prima ormai è un lontano ricordo nella mia mente.

La prima puntata di ogni serie (prima, seconda e terza) si focalizza principalmente sulla vita di Jack e della moglie (nella seconda parla di come si sono conosciuti, nella terza parla della loro separazione).

Nella prima puntata sia della seconda che della terza serie si sente una canzone di Petula Clark (Make your own kind of music all’inizio della seconda, Downtown nella terza)

Entrambe le puntate iniziano dandoti un senso di “tranquillita’” e “quotidianita’” per poi smentirsi immediatamente. La prima della seconda serie vede una persona (che poi scopriamo essere Desmond) iniziare la giornata come se fosse in un alloggio normale; si fa la doccia, si prepara la colazione, pedala un po’, ecc. ecc.
La prima della terza serie presenta un gruppo di persone nella loro piccola cittadina, che poi si dimostra essere una piccola comunita’ creata sull’isola.

In entrambe le puntate viene presentata una hatch; nella prima della seconda la hatch del cigno, nella prima della terza la hatch Hydra (il simbolo lo trovate qui, fonte Push The Button

Per concludere, due osservazioni:

PRIMA PUNTATA SECONDA SERIE
Ho notato che quando Desmond e’ davanti al computer, non digita solo dei numeri perche’ le dita si muovono in verticale lungo la tastiera.

PRIMA PUNTATA TERZA SERIE
Il libro che ha scelto Juliet per il “Club del Libro” e’ CARRIE di Stephen King. Io l’ho letto, l’unica collegamento che mi viene in mente e’ che Carrie aveva dei poteri ESP (dava fuoco alle cose); probabilmente, Carrie in LOST viene rappresentata da Walt (che con il pensiero ha ridato vita al gabbiano, vi ricordate?)
